Want a really fun way to exercise – well here it is.

Wear comfortable loose fitting casual clothes & socks – or ballet type slippers (no bare feet please).

ALL ages welcome.

Times:  6.30 – 7.30pm approx.
Cost:   $12.50 per session or $100 for the term
